We will follow the recipe for this gift basket as best we can. However, if we need to substitute an item, we will substitute with an item of equal or greater value. We will use our best judgement to substitute with the most similar item we have available. You are welcome to request substitutions (see next paragraph, “checkout”)
What to Expect at Checkout
When you get to the check-out page, you will have the option to include a complimentary card with a message. Be sure to tell us what to write and please be sure to sign a name to the card. There will also be a space for you to make special requests, within reason. You can request a special color for the bow, you can request substitutions – we just ask that you use your best judgment regarding equal swaps. (we’re fairly generous)
You will be able to choose the delivery date at checkout (see next paragraph, “delivery options”)
For orders placed by 3pm, and delivery within Florida in the Eastern time zone, you can request next-day shipping ($18), two-day shipping ($15), three-day shipping ($15), four-day shipping ($12) and five-day shipping ($10). The cut-off time of 3pm may be sooner, depending on our volume. We do not offer weekend delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will have Monday as the “next-day” option.
Available dates and pricing may be adjusted during heavier volume including Valentine’s Day, Easter, and other holidays.
Gift baskets leaving Florida will be shipped UPS Ground (flat rate $18) and will arrive in 2-6 days, depending on the final destination. You may also request to pick up at our store at the checkout page. If you select the pick up option, just leave us a note in the Special Requests box letting us know approximately when you will pick up (we usually just need 2 hours)
What Your Receiver Can Expect
Quite frankly, they will not expect anything if this gift basket is a surprise!
If the gift basket is shipped, we include “fragile” stickers on the shipping box and our logo is on the box as well. The first thing your receiver sees when opening the shipping box is your message neatly laying on top of matching tissue paper, which is covering the gift basket and the packaging for protection. The sender will receive shipping information via UPS and we will send tracking information as well.
If we hand deliver the gift basket, the receiver’s name & address are displayed on the outside of the card which is attached to the bow. Your message is written on the inside of the card. If we deliver to a residence and there is no answer, our delivery drivers will use their best judgement regarding a safe place to leave the gift basket. The sender will receive an email notification when the gift basket is delivered.
The receiver will not see any prices nor the name of the gift basket.

Please know – we can only deliver wine within the state of Florida. We cannot ship wine to any other state. If wine is being shipped to a residence, we will most likely ship via UPS. We have encountered several scheduling conflicts when attempting to schedule wine deliveries. We have found that our friends at UPS handle the delivery of wine best.
