Yes! Shipping is the most cost effective and efficient method for getting your gift basket to its final destination.

At checkout, you will have 2 options for delivery.  Either out-of-state or within Florida.

If out-of-state, we will get your order made and handed off to our friends at UPS within one business day.  Your delivery will arrive within 2-6 business days, depending on the final destination.  Once we create your shipping label, UPS will email you updates regarding your delivery.

If within Florida, you will then have several options for delivery.  Delivery price depends on how quickly you would like your gift basket to arrive.

At checkout, you will also have the option to pick up your order.

And don’t fret – we have experimented endlessly on ensuring proper shipping of gift baskets.  We ship with ice when necessary, insulation, cushioning, and always with extra care!

We limit our local delivery to 8 miles.  We use UPS or a courier service if beyond our 8-miles.  The delivery method depends greatly on the type of delivery (if it has alcohol, we will most likely use UPS) and the type of building we are delivering to (if to a residence, we will most likely use UPS due to an overwhelming amount of Central Florida communities being gated.)

We handle shipping vs hand delivery on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we deliver to most hotels in the Orlando area.  If the hotel is out of our delivery range, we will ship via UPS  and include all necessary information on the shipping label to assist the hotel in getting the gift to your receiver.

Most hotels will, at the very least, contact the guest to alert them of a delivery.  The guest may have to pick up from the front desk, or the hotel may deliver to the guest room.  This policy varies among hotels.  You may want to consider calling the hotel first.  All hotels have different policies regarding deliveries for their guests, and these policies are ever changing.  We will contact you should we anticipate any complications with your delivery.  We will contact you immediately should any complications arise during the delivery.

Yes we do! All Disney resorts continue to serve as a fantastic partner for us!

We will deliver to the hotel front desk.  They will check on the reservation to ensure we are at the right hotel before we leave.  Sometimes they will place the gift basket in the guest room, sometimes they will not.  The various Disney hotels have different policies.

Important Update:  As of September 15, 2023 Disney has updated their policies and unfortunately, they no longer accept gift baskets that include alcohol. We learned about this change firsthand, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for you. If you’re planning delivery to a Disney property, we kindly ask you to exclude beer and wine from the gift basket.
If you accidentally include beer and/or wine in your order, we will give you a call to discuss alternative options that still make your gift special. However, based on our experience, most folks prefer a refund for the alcohol portion, which we will be happy to process for you. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a magical gift experience for you at Disney!

You can order online and select “Pick Up” at the check-out page.  In the “Special Requests” box, please let us know when you would like to pick up.  We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for your order to be prepared.  If you order early enough, we may be able to have it ready same-day.

We promise someone is at the store 10am – 3pm Monday-Friday.  However, occasionally designers are here earlier and later.  Just let us know when you will stop in and we will make sure someone is available to you.

Our address is 4366 L B McLeod Road.  We have a convenient parking spot in front of our store with our logo.  The sign also reads “all others will be bowed”

Sometimes!
Our store is not in a traditional shopping area.  We are in an industrial park and see few walk-in customers.  We have more ready-made selections during anticipated holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.

If we do not have what you are looking for pre-made, we can make you a gift basket in about 20 – 30 minutes.  You’re welcome to wait or return later.

Yes!  At checkout, there is a space for you to make comments regarding your order.  Use this box to request substitutions.   We trust you will use your best judgement regarding equal swaps.

Sometimes we will need to substitute because we are out of a particular item.  Our designers will substitute with an item of equal or greater value and we will use our best judgement to substitute with the most similar item we have available.

Because of our unavoidable need to occasionally substitute items, you are also welcome to request any items you prefer we not use, should we need to substitute.

We do not have fresh flowers in our inventory.  Nor do we have balloons.
